AboutSmall on purpose, serious about the work. LCT Support Care exists because too many people get support that's technically compliant and completely forgettable. I'd rather do fewer things and do them properly.
I'm the person you'll actually meet — not a coordinator who passes you to someone else. I support people with disability across Adelaide to live independently and stay connected to the community they're already part of.
I've spent over two years providing one-to-one support to people with disability and mentoring young people, and I came to this work from a background in education and training. That background shapes how I work: I'm used to meeting people exactly where they are, breaking a goal down into a step small enough to actually start on, and noticing the kind of progress that's easy to miss from the outside.
In practice the work looks ordinary, and that's the point. Getting to an appointment without it becoming a whole ordeal. Doing the shop. Cooking something you actually want to eat. Making the gym session happen on the week you'd rather not. Being reliable company on a Tuesday afternoon when the house is quiet.
I speak Vietnamese and English. For Vietnamese families that means the conversations that usually get lost — what's actually in the plan, how the invoicing works, how the week really went — can happen directly, in the language you're most comfortable in. Parents and grandparents get to be part of it rather than waiting for a translation.
I work the way I'd want someone to work with my own family. You choose what happens and how — I'm there to make it possible, not to decide it for you. If something isn't working, I'll say so early rather than let it drift. Families and support coordinators hear from me before they have to chase me.

Everyone deserves dignity, respect, and the chance to live a life that's actually theirs — not a timetable someone else built for them.— Tony, LCT Support Care
Reliability is the foundation. If we say Tuesday at four, we're there Tuesday at four.
No jargon, no dodging. If something isn't working, you'll hear it from us first.
Choice and control aren't buzzwords. The person decides — we support the decision.
Good support builds independence. Success is someone needing us a little less each year.
LCT is deliberately small. That's not a limitation we're apologising for — it's the reason the support is consistent.
You're not allocated whoever is free that week. You get the same person, who knows your routine, your preferences and what a bad day looks like for you.
We only take on as many people as we can genuinely support well. If we're full, we'll tell you straight away rather than stretch ourselves thin.
As LCT grows we hire for character first — skills can be taught, genuinely liking people can't. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.
LCT Support Care is an unregistered NDIS provider. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants, and with privately funded clients. We're not able to take NDIA-managed plans.
Unregistered providers are still bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission can investigate complaints about us the same as any registered provider.
No sales pitch — just a conversation about whether we're the right fit.
